About The Author:

Matt Cain was born and brought up in the North West of England. He spent ten years making arts and entertainment programmes for ITV before stepping in front of the camera in 2010 to become Channel 4 News’ first ever Culture Editor. Now a full-time writer, his first novel Shot Through the Heart was published by Pan Macmillan in April 2014. It was followed by his second, Nothing But Trouble, in July 2015. He lives in London, where he’s currently working on the third….
